Supposedly these wheels are real gold plated. In person this car looks very very nice with the goldish tan interior.

I didn't get a shot of his engine bay. I don't remember if he even opened his hood or not. His car's interior and exterior was cleaner than mine so I bet his engine was clean too.

I really like your intake refresh color! What color are you going to paint the letters? Black?

i was considering which color with my mechanic. it was between blue (opposite orange in the color wheel) so it would do the best contrast, but they didn't get any of the wires or hoses in blue hence im going with black.

thanks a lot! i did screw up a little bit. my mechanic recomended that i park the car so the intake is level and spill the paint on each letter and let it level itself in each. i used a brush which was not the best one to begin with, but im hard headed. i'll be getting some orange paint and more black to redo it soon.

LOL the 105 I believe but it looks more like a size 10 shoe but maybe its the 4 inch heal.
I guess I was saying the Car is gorgeous, the girl, is not a Porsche.

IIRC the car in Steves pic is a one off that Porsche considered the 4 door version......fast forward many years and they make the Panamera, V8 front engine 4 door.

Big diff is the 928 is a beautiful car.........Panamera, not so much :)

Malcolm, I think Nicole knows the whole story on these cars and I think this was the one that was built for Porsche by ASC... I nearly bought this car for $25k from ASC back in '02 I guess it was. I was in the process of building my current house though and just couldn't afford it. A few years later it sold at B/J for $44k... There was one built as a birthday gift for Ferry Porsche in '83 (IIRC) and it has S4 front and rear bumper covers but VERY ODD headlights. Not laid back as far as ours, but not up like a 911's... More like the 997 lights really I guess. I found it interesting that the S4 front and rear bumper covers were already figured out so early though!
