The Beast Takes 2nd

Just a quick note.

My Black 88 S4 "The Beast" took 2nd Place in the PCA MusikStadt Concour's Event held here in Nashville.

I was entered in Class 6 which included 944's 928's and 968 model cars.

There were not a large number of cars in this class however I am pleased that The Beast showed so well being a bright hot sunny day and the car being black over black which the sun does no favors.

The winner was a garage queen Red 968 with tan interior, very sharp car. But what the hell I drive my car...

What impressed the judges the most was my engine compartment. I owe this to Austin our Administrator who did a great job last winter of re-painting and adding color back to that area.

Well, I just wanted to mention this to you all. I was quite proud. There were a bunch of beautiful cars showing.

I know what killed the 1st place shot was my luggage and spare tire area. I had no idea they would ask me to show them that space. When they said it was a " no touch " competition I thought I was safe in that area. Oh Well

I went to a car show n shine up here but no trophys
but
they had a Dyno there

I will be in a local show this coming Saturday,,,,mostly local rods, motorcycles and American stuff I bet but we will see! that way I will stand out some...HA
