New neighbour was created by martinss
Met my new neighbour today - moved in a couple of days ago. He's a driver for KIA Motorsports. His daily driver is a Mercedes C63 AMG, and he has a track prepped '07 911 GT3 he drives on the road too - Orange with black wheels, CF wing, etc.

And he has a hoist...
