There has been some activity on the FaceBook page setup by Brad and I have seen some of us over there during the winter. Maybe the winter was so harsh (at least on the East Coast) no one was doing anything and thus less posts.... just a guess

Most posts I see are from OC members wanting to support the site and/or fed up with one of the other 928 sites. Are there other reasons?

FYI - RV is no longer a moderator and hasn't been for several years now.
RL is the oldest and deepest site, and that's tough to beat. You simply can't easily replicate that established knowledge base. The rest struggle to gain traction - Reutterwerk is another example where the 928 Forum is extremely slow. For better or worse, RL is where it's at. Always has been, probably always will be.

He is the MAIN reason, but I can still look at all the threads. And then of course, it isn't hard to use certain browsers that cover your IP address to kind of do what you want online. I never said that wasn't on that "place"~
