I tried to go to the Roadside Assistance page, I am logged in, but it says I cannot access that section of the web site. Anyone else having this issue? What gives?

According to our records, your membership expired a month or so ago and RA is a member-only benefit. We've been having email problems recently and it's very possible your reminders didn't get through. Sorry that happened, and hope you'll re-up.
