I'm on a quest to find the original selling dealer for my car. I have the C03 code, so I know it was delivered to California (with the California emissions.) And since California allows 5 years after a new car sale before emissions testing is required, on it's 6th year, it passed emissions in Lancaster. Unfortunately that's all the info I have. I've called (800)-PORSCHE and have had no luck as they say they don't have the record of the selling dealer going back that far. I've called a few Porsche dealer's service departments and they tried valiantly, but cannot find the original selling dealer.
I've ordered a Porsche Production Sheet (PPS), but I don't think the original selling dealer is listed on that document.
So... does anyone else know of a way to find the original selling dealer for a 928? Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!
