Front license plate bracket

Has anyone ever seen a front license plate bracket that mounts via the front tow hook threaded socket?  I'd like to avoid having to drill holes and drive screws through the nose of my '88 S4.

No, I've never seen such an item.  The bolt size going into the front bumper bracket for the tow hook is quite large..
