Parking Brake Won't Release

My parking brake is pulled all the way up. The rear brakes are holding as they should. I am not able to get it to release. Any suggestions out there. Thanks.

Not sure what you are asking. Are you suggesting your parking brake can not be released? Just a data point but the parking brakes are drum brakes inside the rear axle, they are separate from the rear disc brakes you use when driving.

Parking brake lever is stuck in the up position. I am not able to get it to release. Thanks for the reply.

Perhaps if you get at the mechanical workings you can get it to release. Here is a link to a tip on adjusting it, perhaps you will find a way to release it while you are in there: nichols.nu/tip468.htm
